The 2025 Registration Portal is now open. Please note the information below about your registration.

The registration process for Roosters Hockey Club involves two phases:

Phase 1: Club Membership Registration and Fee Payment

Register for club membership and pay club fees, which includes purchasing uniforms.
Payment options include paying all fees via credit card or making an initial payment with the remainder covered by a direct debit payment plan, which must be finalised by 31 May, 2025.

Important Information:

Players moving from another club must obtain a clearance letter.
Dual registration with another club requires approval from Roosters Hockey Club and may involve specific processes with the other club.
Uniform purchases can be made independently of registration.
Failure to complete both phases may affect eligibility to play.

Step-by-Step Procedure:

If the player is moving from another club, seek clearance before registering with Roosters Hockey.
If dual registering with Roosters as the primary club, seek approval before completing registration.
If dual registering with Roosters as the secondary club, seek approval from the primary club before proceeding.
Begin Phase 1 registration with Roosters Hockey Club, including setting up payment details.
If applicable (for Junior or Senior competitions), proceed to Phase 2 by registering with Hockey Queensland.

Phase 2: Hockey Queensland Registration

Complete Phase 2 only if participating in Junior or Senior competitions.
Completion of both Phase 1 and Phase 2 is necessary for full club membership.
Choose "Returning Member" or "New Member" based on previous hockey club participation.
Payment must be made using Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal and goes directly to Hockey Queensland and Hockey Australia.
