PAYMENT OF FEES
The Hockey Queensland/Australia fees are required to be paid in full at the time of registration.
The Roosters Hockey fees require a minimum of 20% of fees to be paid at the time of registration. A payment plan can be setup for the remaining fees.
At the end of the registration process you will be presented with 2 payment options.

- Pay all fees via Credit Card
- Make at least 20% payment via Credit Card and set the remainder to be paid via a direct debit payment plan. Payment plans will need to be finalised by May 31. Players that owe fees at this time and have not set a payment plan will be ineligible to play any further games until this is rectified.

What is the program about?
Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for any eligible children or young persons, which can be used towards membership, registration or participation fees with registered activity providers. There is a limit of one voucher per child/young person per calendar year.
Who is eligible to apply?
Eligible applicants are Queensland children and young people aged 5 to 17 (inclusive) who either:

- hold or whose parent/carer/guardian holds a valid Department of Human Services Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card with the child’s name on it; or
- are identified by a registered referral agent.
- Follow the instructions to create a QGrants account or check that you can still login to QGrants. Make a note of your account details so you are ready to apply when the round opens.
- Before you apply for a voucher check the Activity Provider directory to find a registered FairPlay activity provider near you. Contact the activity provider to find out details including fees and any additional costs and equipment required.
