About Roosters Hockey Club
Roosters Hockey Club is the Gold Coast’s most welcoming and family-focused hockey community. Formed from the proud traditions of North Gold Coast Nerang Roosters and Coomera Hockey Clubs, we offer a place for everyone—from first-time juniors to elite Division One athletes.
At Roosters, we believe hockey is for all ages and abilities. Our #TheHatchery program introduces kids as young as 5 to the sport through Hookin2Hockey, teaching them to play safe, smart, and with heart. Juniors have clear pathways to senior hockey, while our senior and masters teams provide opportunities for experienced players to shine and enjoy the game at every stage of life.
We field teams in every division of the Gold Coast Hockey Association, so whether you’re new to hockey, returning after a break, or looking for a fresh start, you’ll find your place with us. Our club is inclusive, supportive, and passionate about helping every member grow—on and off the field.
