Griffith University Gold Coast
The Roosters Hockey Club is proud to be in partnership with Griffith University Gold Coast to offer its students the ability to play competitive hockey on the Gold Coast as part of the Gold Coast Hockey Association Competition. Students are able to play for the Roosters Hockey Club at a reduced rate while maintaining their studies. The partnership gives better community exposure to both the university in the wider community and the hockey club within the Griffith University cohort.
Students get to play in a division appropriate to their skill level without the need to field full student teams. The mid year Australian University Games gives all students the opportunity to come together in a single team to compete for Griffith University. Students will play alongside some of the Gold Coast’s leading talent as well as being trained by our level accredited coaching staff.
