Working with Children – Blue Card Services

Roosters Hockey Club complies with Blue Card Services requirements for volunteers working with young children to provide details of their Blue Card or exemption details to the club before working with young children (under 18).

Apply for your volunteer Blue Card or exemption here – THERE ARE NO COSTS INVOLVED. 

We prefer that you complete your application online (it is a 3 part process) – click here to do so. 

1. Start the application online. Once you have completed this, you will receive an account number.
2. At that stage, you need to contact the Blue Card Administrator, email [email protected] to link your account to the club.
3. Once this is complete the secretary will email you and you can complete the process.

If you already have a Blue Card, your details will need to be linked to our club.  Please advise Roosters Hockey Vice President Juniors - Amanda Robards via email [email protected] of your blue card number or blue card exemption number and date of birth. 

This is a free service for volunteers.
